Design Specifications
Roller stabilizer can keep standard diameter of the well hole of the hard and abrasive formations. When the drill bit wear to less than the standard size, roller stabilizer can expand the bottom hole caliper to standard caliper. Both vertical well and directional well, roller stabilizer can ensure that the back of the drill bit or casing can down to normal size of caliper. The low friction resistance with borehole wall, wear resistance and long service life is the feature of roller stabilizer, the roller on the drilling platform is easy to replace. The roller is divided into three types, which are the insert type (used for abrasive formation), the narrow tooth type(used in hard formation) and the width tooth type (used in soft formation).
